TITLE: AP/AR Specialist

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA / Bay Area

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract-to-Hire

PAY RANGE: $25-30+/hour

We are seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our tech team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience. This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your career!
  • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and reconciling vendor statements
  • Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any payment or billing issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies and procedures

  • AA or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 2-7 years of related experience.
