Motus Afternoon Parts is searching for an Assistant Manager to join the safety and sustainability team in Meadowview Head Office. The purpose of the position is to provide focused attention on the correct, accurate and complete data pertaining to sustainability that includes, but is not limited, to emissions and the consumption of natural resources. Ensure reporting compliance with all applicable functional business units, both at Group and Divisional level.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Finance or Administration
Industry Certification - in risk/safety and sustainability
3 years + experience
Must be able to work with little supervision
Have strong organizational, co-ordination and collation skills
Must be deadline orientated / motivated
Clear criminal record
Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;
Compliance:
Maintain and update current knowledge of related regulations in order to foster adherence to compliance and reporting requirements.
Obtain an understanding of our business operations and industry through interaction with Functional Heads across the organisation.
Be proactive with bringing identified challenges to the attention of the business as well as proposed remedies.
Process & Governance:
Work with the relevant teams withing the Organisation to extract and obtain all data required for submissions
Obtain an understanding of our business operations through interaction with Functional Heads across the organisation
Ensure the complete verification of data before sign-off, finalisation and upload onto systems.
Oversee the timeous resolution of all queries and action items resulting raised.
People:
Work with the Branch Leadership Team to understand the nature of their operations in order to provide meaningful guidance.
Manage the available organisational resources while providing support to assist in the meeting of compliance commitments.
Build sustainable relationships within the business and with external service providers and stakeholders that contribute to and support a culture of business excellence.
Administration:
Oversee the completeness, coherence and uniformity of divisional branch contact listings as provided by the Direct Reports.
Ensure the safe storage and easy retrieval of all documents belonging to the Sustainability Unit
Reporting:
Adhere to Group's requirements and perimeters when assembling the data required for reporting.
Report on all Sustainability activities as and when required in the form, manner and extent communicated.
Assist in providing status reporting as and when required that is inclusive of, but not limited to progress on plans, divisional performance, project updates, process improvements and organisational initiatives.
Generic:

Consolidation and analysis of high-volume data & reports
Process implementation and oversight
Managing external stakeholders
Working knowledge and understating of Billing Systems & Records
