Our client is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join their finance team permanently in Sandton. You will be leading, planning and coordinating subordinate staff in their various credit control activities.

Duties:

• Assist in building the tools and skill sets within the team while driving high levels of accountability in each individual
• Create work schedules (work priorities)
• Actively manage the teams performance
• Challenge the current credit control framework by identifying opportunities on how to simplify the process
• Analyse assigned aged debtors
• Quality Control check
• Handle accounts payers complaints

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Matric certificate
• BTech Credit Management/BCom in Finance qualification (Certificate required)
• Minimum of 5+ years experience as an AR Team Leader/Debtors Manager or people management
• Excel skills (advanced)
• MUST come from a shared services background (non-negotiable)
