We are recruiting for a Financial and Management Accountant to oversee the financial and management accounts, including tax and audit completion, being responsible for financial processes and controls. Prepare clear and explanatory accounts for the company on a monthly basis and present them to management. Analyse financial information, identify trends, and provide insights for informed decision-making, to enhance financial performance and mitigate risks. Minimum Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 3 years financial management and accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros, lookups, and pivot tables and basic SQL Queries
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles and budgeting
• Experience of reporting directly into Senior Management
