In this role, you will oversee the Accounting function for our Wellington Portfolio of Hotels. This is an exciting opportunity to be mentored and work with our successful team of Finance Professionals, its a great way to explore Accor's limitless possibilities.
Support the finance team to meet financial reporting obligations on monthly and annual basis. Analysing monthly performance and highlight areas of improvement in Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Monitoring and supporting the achievement of key business drivers related to income and expenses. Assist with the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process and modelling to support strategic decision making. Deliver timely and accurate financial and operational information to management teams. Discuss actionable intelligence and rationalisation ideas with relevant managers. Liasing and assisting teams in the implementation of improvement measures. Collaborating with the Hotels & Regional Finance team
Relevant tertiary qualification Currently pursuing a CA/CPA would be advantageous Experience in a similar role Strong analytical and numerical skills, possessing a high attention to detail Proven organisational and communication skills Ability to effectively time manage and maintain deadlines Proficient in excel
