Supervising & liaising with site-based project teams to ensure timely and complete processing of new supplier master files & set up Reconciliation of various transactions between the bank, accounting, and costing system Coding & entering partner recharges Weekly reconciliation of bank account Assist with preparing all statutory reporting & reports to stakeholders Management & accrual of staff, subcontractors, and major procurement progress Here's what you'll need: Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Project Accountant preferably in Civil Construction. Ideally a member of NZSA or an Accounting qualification or Commerce Degree. Strong financial management and bookkeeping experience. Strong Internal Control skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills. Process driven, solution orientated, self-sufficient & technically sound.
