The Role
We have exciting opportunity for a motivated and high performing Accounts Receivable / Billing Officer based near the Airport. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, this role is responsible for the accounts receivable function within the Codeblue division ensuring all the billing is done accurately
Key Responsibilities include:

Day to day billing and administrative functions for CodeBlue
Maintain debtor records accurately
Accounts receivable reporting to CodeBlue and FUJIFILM management
Ensure Month End and Year End deadlines are met
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Forecasting
Assist in Year End Audit
Maintain a high standard to customer service to both internal and external customers, both Codeblue and FBNZ

Skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail to prepare accurate financial information. Along with this, you will also have:

Accounts experience mainly in Accounts Receivable/Payables including office management and administration.
Excel & Word knowledge - intermediate level
Reconciliation & analytical skills - High level
Basic understanding of NZ GST.
Have a high level of attention to detail, time management and be able to multitask between different systems
