The Company

This privately-owned business has been around for over 25 years and are known for facility management throughout New Zealand. They are the largest in the market and are based out in the North Shore. They have a family feel but with the large scale that they operate have a good understanding of the corporate world. Parking available on site and a great team dynamic.

The Role

As they Accounts Payables officer you will report directly into the Financial Controller whilst working in a team of 3 in AP. This is a fast-paced environment where you will work with multiple stakeholders so strong communication is key.

Your duties will include:

• High volume invoice processing through Approval Plus
• Coding, approvals and creditor reconciliations
• Batching payments for weekly payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier queries
• Ad-hoc duties as requested

Skills & Experience

You will have exposure of processing Accounts Payable invoices. You will be a quick learner and have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong attention to detail and experience working in high volumes is preferred. You will be a team player and good communication skills as you will be liaising with others in the team.
