Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced Director of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to support on an interim basis for 6-9 months, a large complex organisation who are looking for someone to support their teams on corporate accounting and finance business partnering and provide commercial insight to the CFO.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the CFO and be leading 2 teams. One that focus on the corporate reporting and the other the Finance Business Partnering team who provide strategic advice and analysis to the stakeholders across the organisation.
The organisation have a large budget of over 100M for this financial year
The role is to optimise a really well running team and get the best out of the team.
Quarterly forecasts and re-forecasting
Short term, medium term and long term financial planning
Forward looking approach
Leading the teams to ensure all deadlines are met for both corporate reporting and business partnering reports etc that the CFO will take to exec and non exec meetings.




What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, who is highly commercial and who will ideally have operated at an Assistant Director or Head of Financial planning, or business partnering role.
You will have experience at an organisation of a similar size which could be private sector or public sector.
You will need to have strong communication skills to different audiences
Good systems experience
