Accountant wanted
Our company is a dynamic and rapidly growing construction company that offers a wide range of services, including architecture, planning, property development, and consulting services. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Company Accountant to join our team.
Key responsibilities include
Monthly management reporting, report writing
• Monthly financial reports and data extraction
• Yearend financial statements and data extraction
• Preparation and filing taxation returns
• Dealing with taxation authorities
• Examining operation costs and company's income and expenditure
• Manage current company accounts
• General ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies
• Budget and cost reporting and analysing
• Cash flow and debtors' management
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Accounting Systems support and maintenance
• Project payment progress control
• Transactional processes on a day to day basis
• Liaising with bank and financial institutions
• Providing financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations
• Weekly Payroll for employees
• Petty cash management
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher qualification.) in Accounting or Finance
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, MYOB, Excel, etc.).
Strong understanding of local tax regulations and compliance.
Previous accounting experience would be an advantage but not essential, we can provide training
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Remuneration and work condition:
Working hours : fixed 40 hours five days per week (full time position)
