Our Auckland Finance Hub, oversees multiple brands across New Zealand! In this role, you will oversee the Accounts Payable function for your designated Portfolio of Hotels. This is an exciting opportunity to be mentored and work with our successful team of Finance Professionals, its a great way to explore Accor's limitless possibilities.
Job Description
Match various documents, including invoices, proof of delivery, and orders, for payment purposes.
Proactively communicate with hotels and/or suppliers to ensure accurate documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
Process authorized invoices with attention to detail and assign correct account codes.
Conduct regular reconciliation of supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of creditors within specified deadlines.
Contribute to the smooth month-end process, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, you will ensure accurate review of documents, invoices, and financial data while efficiently managing multiple tasks.
Effective communication and customer service orientation skills
