About the Role
To further support our growth, we are seeking applications from recent Accounting/ Finance Graduates and entry-level candidates to join our Accounts Receivable team in Auckland.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the role involves chasing outstanding debts, billing, controlling the level of credit exposure to customers and thus prevent potential bad debt and assist the team in its daily operations.
This role will ideally suit applicants looking for a starting point in their career and share a genuine interest in Accounting.
This position is based in Auckland Central.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Tertiary qualification in Accounts or Finance
Exposure to a Credit/Accounts related role beneficial
Confident communication skills to deal with customers while sorting out general queries
Intermediate skills in MS Excel to manage reporting on collections
Effective stakeholder management skills to liaise with Sales and other departments for account request information and other queries
Take ownership of tasks and issues and ensuring deadlines are met
Great attention to detail and accuracy
A high standard of administrative ability
