I am currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Assistant to provide support within a busy HR department. The role is 3 -6 months - and the hourly pay rate will depend on experience. The duties of this role include: Inputting of payroll data into internal system, Ensuring necessary checks are made when the data is inputted into the system Make sure payroll records are accurately maintained Assist with payroll queries via email, telephone or face to face. Can pass on more complex payroll issues to a senior member of the department The skills and experience required for this role include: Experience in payroll or similar Good working knowledge of administrative duties and office work Good keyboard/typing skills Basis IT knowledge and computer skills are essential, and previous use of Word, Outlook and excel is desirable.
