Tax Manager

Established Accounting Firm is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax laws and will be able to provide accurate and timely advice on tax planning and compliance to our clients. The Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing tax returns, analyzing financial data, researching tax issues, and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities: Prepare and review tax returns for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Research and analyze tax issues. Manage the preparation of tax projections, estimates, and other reports. Provide advice on the impact of proposed transactions on taxes. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize taxes.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, CPA or CPA eligible, will consider EA with 4+ years recent experience specializing in tax, strong leadership, and personnel management skills.
