Skills Required:

• 1 to 3 Years experience in Accounts Receivable Follow-up/ Denial Management for US healthcare customers.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Good voice and demonstrate professional demeanor via phone.
• Systematic working style and time management skills.
• Good organizational skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent analytical skills and an understanding of healthcare claim processing.
• Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
• Applicants must have experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management & Denial Management system.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• To work with US Clients of Wave Online, especially in the healthcare domain.
• The central aspect of a Senior AR Caller is to make sure all billing claims get paid and ensure that all patients pay balances that are due.
• To track unpaid accounts, assess payment action and apply standard procedures to secure payment.
• To understand and analyze the client requirements and specifications of the project.
• To ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/ monthly basis.
• To meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
• To ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
• To ensure follow-up on pending claims.
• To prepare and maintain status reports.
