The ideal candidate will have a background in TDS, GST, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, and Expense Reimbursement, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's accounting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, MBA, CA Inter or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in a Mid-Sized CA Firm or a IT/ITES Company is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions
- Pass journal entries accurately and timely, ensuring compliance withaccounting standards
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform monthly closing procedures
- Assist in Statutory and other tax-related compliance requirements
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll and related tax filings.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
