POSITION OVERVIEW:
The FSM Staff Accountant will primarily be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash management entries along with general ledger and cash flow reconciliations. This position will also assist the FSM Accounting team with related and general administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts Receivable
Create and update client profiles
Manage invoicing schedule and generate invoices
Reconcile and manage rebillable invoices
Manage all receipts and deposits
Reconciliation of customer and AR accounts
Manage Collections through client communication and sales team
Accounts Payable
Manage employee expense reporting process through Concur
Process Weekly AP disbursements through various vehicles
Obtain appropriate backup and regulatory data for invoices
Assist as needed through full cycle of Accounts Payable
Cash Management
Monitor and record all daily cash activity
Reconciliation of daily cash flow
Administrative/Other
Daily reporting for accounting and internal constituents
Assist with documenting and developing proper accounting policies and control procedures and
Manage amortization and depreciation schedules
Assist with monthly close tasks
Small Asset Management
Ad hoc accounting and finance projects
Filing, scanning & data collection tasks

CHARACTERISTICS / QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
2-5 years of related experience, preferably full-cycle accounting
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Acute attention to detail and high accuracy level
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Advanced Excel Skills required
Experience with modular software programs - Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred
