Position of Corporate Accountant - Full Charge Bookkeeper - Construction Engineering

For Three (3) Engineering companies in the Chicago Southwest Suburbs using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software and Blue Moon Job Cost and Management Report Writer for Financial Statement Generation for fully experienced person.

Duties include:

A/P and A/R, Weekly Payroll for all three (3) companies and E-filing State and Federal Withholding Tax.
Monthly Local 150 union reporting for Two (2) companies with 5 to 6 employees covered.
Quarterly Illinois U/C and State of Illinois and Federal Payroll Tax Form 941 reporting for all three companies.
With Yearly Federal filing of U/C Payroll Tax Form 940 for each company.
Administer SEECO 401K Pension and Profit Sharing Plan with Pension Administrators.
Prepare Monthly Financial Statements for all three (3) companies - three (3) accrual based Financial Statements and two (2) cash based Financial Statements with a Combined Accrual Financial Statement for all three (3) companies.
Prepare Year End Profit & Loss Projections for each company in December.
Prepare Year End data for CPA for preparation of US 1120S Tax Form and IL 1120S Tax Form for each company.
Top salary for Experienced and Qualified Person with Benefits, 401K Pension Profit Sharing Plan, Employee and Family Hospitalization Insurance paid by company, Paid Vacations, and Cash Bonus Incentive.
