Accounting Intern

Expectations of the Internship:

• Provide weekly clerical office support including mailing checks to vendors and clients, sorting incoming mail, and monitoring email inbox
• Distribute internal messaging including scanning AP invoices, delivering payment slips to the AR department, and other miscellaneous memos
• Help to resolve backlog of AP payments issued to vendors and clients, contacting by email and phone
• Update SAP with current information as requested

Background Expected:

• Candidate should be a sophomore, junior or senior in a four-year Accounting or Finance Bachelor's degree program
• Other internship experience is a plus but not required
