Cost Management Programme Manager

About the role
Working as part of our Customer Service Delivery team, as our Cost Management Programme Manager, your key areas of responsibility will be to:

* lead the delivery of a strategic Cost Management Programme for our Customer Service Delivery teams, from review of current cost capabilities to implementation of cost management capabilities in partnership with the NZP Finance Team
* manage and support delivery of a consolidated Unit Cost Improvement initiative; and
* setup and lead the delivery of operational unit cost improvement Centre of Excellence practices and Communities of Practice, ensuring ongoing capability build and sustainability of cost benefits in collaboration with finance and operational teams

About you
Your tertiary qualification in finance or commerce and your continuous improvement qualifications will have given you a solid foundation, in addition to that you'll have:

* extensive commercial management experience across a range of functional areas, ideally including operational supply chain or distribution
* led change to deliver preferable cost outcomes
* solid programme or project management experience
* operational cost management models and financial modelling skills
* strong customer focus, with proven experience engaging with multiple stakeholders with varying priorities
