How you will make impact:
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective, accurate and timely processing of the end-to-end activities of the accounts payable function. This includes ensuring that invoices are correctly coded, processed in Microsoft Great Plains, payments are made in a timely fashion, statements are reconciled, and creditors' masterfiles are maintained. You will be liaising with staff nationally to resolve discrepancies. The role may also include ensuring that automatic and direct debit payments are uploaded, overseas supplier payments and MasterCard reconciliation are completed.
What will put you ahead of the competition:
We are looking for a customer-focussed individual with excellent communication skills who can build relationships inside the organisation and externally too. Ideally you have:

3-5 years' experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable function
Excellent numerical ability and detail orientation
Confident with high volume data entry
Computer savvy, with experience in using excel
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
Outstanding time-management, prioritising and organisational skills
