An award winning, crowd based Real Estate business based in West London is hiring a fully qualified Management Accountant to join the team. The business are well-funded and have just completed their best year to date. Having recently completed a successful capital raise they are investing the funds in growing their exceptional team and further developing their tech offering in order to take the business to the next level.

Your new role

This is an exciting role for you to be a key part within the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial analysis
• Managing cash flow
• Budgeting / forecasting
• Loan modelling / cashflow planning
• Financial management and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA
• Happy to get stuck into the day to day
• Collaborative
• Entrepreneurial spirit who is always looking for ways to improve and optimise and is excited about working in, and having a share of, a dynamic growing business;
