Job Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our growth by managing client relationships, onboarding new clients, and contributing to the development and enhancement of our forex products. You will work closely with the Sales team, providing support and assistance to clients throughout the onboarding process. Your proactive approach, adaptability, and strong communication skills will be essential in retaining clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person visits to clients, assisting with and explaining the onboarding process.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to forex transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and foster existing client relationships.
  • Manage multiple forex accounts for individuals and companies.
  • Address challenging client requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying potential business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Analyze customer success or failure, identify root causes, and provide requirements for product or process enhancement.
  • Manage customer activity efficiently and maintain visibility, ensuring timely follow-up to resolve open issues.
  • Provide customer support through various channels, including email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Ideally possess a tertiary degree in management, finance, administration, or a related field.
  • Technical literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of forex is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in mathematics with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely as a self-starter.
  • Able to thrive within a remote team and effectively communicate with external clients.
