DUTIES:
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Manage all queries, claims and trading terms
- Ensure accurate and timeously capturing of all transactions
- Prepare monthly recons
- Manage credit limits and overdues in line with CGIC
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and complete
- Ensure all statements are submitted as per deadlines
- Report on account performance
- Diploma in Accounting
- 5+ years experience with Accounts Receivable
- Experience with CGIC
- Clear communication skills (Eng / Afr)
- Able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to meet deadline
- 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
- Hybrid position
