Our client is a leading infrastructure organisation. Who operates multiple factory sites across New Zealand, and employ over 800 employees, they remain family owned and have built its customer base on great customer service and innovation.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a temp for up to ten weeks whilst we recruit for a permanent candidate.

This role will see you join the team who are responsible for the overall running of the Christchurch branch.

A Typical Week Will Involve
  • Generating invoices
  • Creating PO's
  • Reciepting and coding of invoices
  • Scanning of payroll invoices
  • Order entry & data processing
  • Ordering of PPE
  • Admin support for the branch
  • Signing in of visitors
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
  • Previous administration experience is a must
  • Database managment systems experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and a high standard work
  • Self-motivation and ability to work effectively on your own or with a team
  • A friendly and collaborative working style is essential
