The Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Payable and filling in where needed. You will also be responsible for generating reports and various tasks around month end. As the Accounts Clerk you will be critical to the success of the wider finance team and your responsibilities will include:

- Full function Accounts payable - entering invoices through to making the payments weekly, monthly and 20th

- Assisting with Accounts Receivables with allocations and invoicing

- Assisting with generation of reports for month end

- Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations

- Assisting with month-end close

- Ad-hoc duties

Skills & Experience

You will have proven experience in an Accounts Clerk position, where you have taken ownership of the role, whether it has been in a team or sole-charge capacity.

You will be working within a collaborative team and will be responsible for your own tasks. Therefore, you will be results orientated and have a high attention to detail whilst being able to work well with others.
