We are looking for a Chartered Account having experience of 5 to 15 years in CorporateFinance/Investment Banking who has strong fundamentals and relevant experience. The candidate willbe responsible for managing a team of Senior Managers responsible for the Preparation of FinancialModels, CMA Data, Project Reports, Research, Restructuring/Resolution Plans, and Presentations forsubmission to banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and investors (including private equity investors).The candidate is required to be extremely hands-on with the above-mentioned work. He/she should beable to not only guide the team but also can independently execute as and whenrequired.Good leadership skills combined with very strong fundamentals in the domain of corporate finance are amust. The job also requires constant communication with various stakeholders including the client,lenders, and investors.We are ideally looking for a person who is located at a manageable distance from BKC.industry: Investment Banking
