Job duties:
• Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all managers and their teams
• Provide information, data analysis, reporting and insight to facilitate better management decision making in the business
• Assisting in the production of the monthly management accounts
• Evaluating monthly financial (Sales and Costs) performance against budget
• Involved in annual CAPEX and P&L budgeting process
• Responsible for Fixed Assets and maintaining the asset register
• Responsible for the stock accounting
• Account for all sales rebates in a timely manner
• Provide monthly labour efficiency analysis
• Produce a monthly summary of standard costs v actual costs and account and explain all variances
• Own the co-ordination and production of the monthly business KPIs
• Working closely with the sales teams to produce a monthly rolling sales forecast by customer and business stream
• Working as part of the New ERP implementation team
