You will be working in the Internal Audit Department of AXA Partners and will be involved in various phases of audit missions: preparation, fieldwork, report writing, follow-up of recommendations and reporting on the entire international scope of AXA Partners.

As such, your missions will be to :
  • Propose effective approaches to assess operational and functional processes
  • Prepare and actively participate in interviews with the audited parties
  • Evaluate issues by developing tests in relation to the identified risks
  • Be critical in the use of data and documents provided by the audited entities
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, AXA Assistance, AXA Partners and AXA policies and standards, as well as compliance with AXA Group strategy
  • Checking the results produced
  • Formalise the conclusion of the tests carried out and validate the results with the operational staff
  • Participate in the drafting of reports by highlighting the main findings, in accordance with AXA Group's audit methodology
  • Propose appropriate recommendations and follow up on their implementation
  • Participate in the monthly and quarterly reports requested by AXA Group

Your Profile

You have a Master degree and have at least 2 years experience in an audit firm (Big 4), internal audit or management control. You have a good understanding of the insurance or banking sector but this is not a prerequisite.

You are a team player, make proposals and have excellent writing and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.

You have a very good knowledge of Office 365.

A good knowledge of English is essential for this position (level C1 in the European language framework). The mastery of a second language (French, Spanish or German) is a plus.

This position requires travel up to 25% of the time.
