Our client is a utility company. They are looking for a temp Accounts Payable Associate to join their Parsippany, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

Manage freight invoices by matching the invoice to the load movement
Collaborate with departments to resolve rate and destination issues
Oversee all freight carrier vendor inquiries
Confirm that vendor statements are reviewed and any discrepancies are resolved
Arrange and process payment requests
Complete assignments and projects as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in accounting required
2+ years of accounting experience
Experience with high invoice volumes required
Strong math and organizational skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Right Angle preferred
Knowledge of Office, advanced Excel
