Reference: NFE004157-TSa-1A well-established Entertainment conglomerate is looking to hire a dynamic Creditors Clerk to add to their team based in Cape Town.Please note that this is only a 3 month contract.
Your purpose will be to ensure that accounts payable function operate efficiently and effectively, and perform monthly reconciliation of all creditor's accounts within specified deadlines. Process accruals at month end for outstanding invoices. Maintain relationships with suppliers to reduce lead times and ensure service delivery. Maintain supplier banking details on internet banking profile. Ensure all insurance claims are dealt with in a timely manner and all supporting documentation is completed. Among other duties that would be required of you.Education Requirements:

Completed Matric
Degree/Diploma in Accounting

Job Requirements and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Creditors Clerk/Bookkeeper
Great Plains experience non-negotiable
Gambling Board industry experience beneficial
MS packages on advanced level
Analytical problem solver
Great interpersonal skills
Results driven
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in teams
