Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules by collecting, analyzing, and summarize account information
- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
- Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately and resolve any variances on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing supporting documentation
- Respond to accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
- Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years related accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Highly detail oriented and organized, able to meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamix 365 & Microsoft Dynamix CRM beneficial
