Hays Senior Finance are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a high-growth PLC with operations based in Wiltshire. This is a newly created, pivotal role due to growth designed to support ambitious future plans, with a high degree of autonomy, leadership and accountability.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for the delivery of a complete management accounting service, leading in the production of accurate and relevant financial information for management and statutory accounts purposes.

Key deliverables will include delivery of financial accounts, ledger maintenance, balance sheet and budget forecasts, audit management, preparation of year-end accounts, cash flow management, risk monitoring and reporting, process and controls improvement and implementation, as well as leading on new business planning and integration from a financial accounting perspective.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5 years PQE with recent experience in a similar position, with proven experience as a finance leader in a Group environment.
