A leading company in the aviation industry, specializing in aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
Job Duties:

Reconcile creditors accounts on a monthly basis
Capture invoices on Pastel accounting software
Work with foreign currency for payments
Capture re-sale invoices on in-house system
Capture payments on in-house system
Work with company outlets to ensure accurate accounting records

Requirements:

Minimum of a diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field
At least 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or related field
Proficient in Pastel accounting software
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
