Accounts Assistant - Nr Colsterworth - Temp to Perm - £23kpa - Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client based near to Colsterworth. You will have a proven background in accounting and have experience with accounting procedures. An excellent understanding of how to use MS Office, databases and accounting software SAGE 200.
You will be responsible for:
* Processing of purchase ledger invoices, credit notes and personal expense claims
* Preparation of suggested supplier payments
* Processing of all purchase ledger payments
* Processing of credit card transactions
* Processing of all sales invoices and credit notes
* Processing of all remittances
* Generate and distribute customer statements
* Processing of all bank transactions
* Preparation of bank reconciliation
* Prepare the VAT Return
* Processing of intercompany account with the Partnership business
* Assist the Finance Manager in other accounting and admin tasks as necessary
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and own transport due to location. This role is on a temp to perm for the right person to start ASAP.
