Join the Finance Team - Global Travel Agency Based in Central London

Your new role:
Reporting to the Director of Accounting, become a key member of the Finance team that will help support the growth and development of the business, through robust credit control processes and account maintenance.

• You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate collection of internal and external payments, maintaining healthy cash flow, and mitigating credit risks.
• Proactively contact clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to facilitate timely payment collections
• Collating and providing reports to clients to accompany their billing.
• Implement effective credit control procedures to minimise outstanding payments and reduce credit risk exposure.
• Ad hoc tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Relevant Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills, with ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
• Strong Excel Skills (vlookup, pivot tables etc.)
