Your new role
As Assistant Financial Controller you will report into the Head of Finance and take responsibility for a team of 7. This is a busy hands on role and would suit a Qualified Accountant used to a fast paced sector. Key duties include overseeing the team who are a mix of part qualified and transactional finance to ensure their continued development. You will also over the transactional financial processing for the group. Other duties include month end process, financial forecasting and assisting with the Year End Audit. This is a varied and hands on role and offers superb progression.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully Qualified Accountant who is either working at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level. This role could suit someone who has trained in practice or industry and are looking to develop their career as a people leader within an exciting finance role. Strong people skills and IT skills are essential.

What you'll get in return
A base salary unto circa £60000 plus a comprehensive and generous benefits package plus 1 to 2 days per week home working and a flexible approach.
