Payroll Officer - Permanent - *Luxury Hospitality*

An independent luxurious hotel based in the heart of London, is looking for a permanent Payroll Officer. Surrounded by historic Edwardian architecture, this organisation underwent an extensive refurbishment with suites and bedrooms redesigned by a famed designer, not to mention housing a well-established and modern restaurant and vibrant Lobby Bar.

Your new role
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for

• Processing the monthly payroll using ADP and Access
• Preparing all annual preparation for P11Ds for all employees
• Ensuring monthly payroll documents including starters, leavers, PCNs, commissions payable, service charge filings are conducted
• Preparing monthly holiday and sickness reports
• improving the reporting of the payroll functions

What you'll need to succeed

• Be an excellent communicator liaising between various stakeholders and managing payroll queries
• Providing support to the Finance and HR departments
• Processing the payroll in an organised and structured manner
