Your new company

Expanding, successful company who due to business growth require Credit Controllers to join their team.
The ideal candidates will come from a Credit Control or a Collections background (consideration will be given to customer service experience also) and be confident contacting business customers by phone in order to retrieve outstanding payments/invoices.


Your new role
Working as part of a team you will report to the Credit Manager to ensure the companies cash flow is kept buoyant with debts kept to a minimum.
Contacting business to business customers daily by use of telephone and email you be responsible for chasing debts and building a rapport.
A fast paced role, working on your own autonomy you will be able to work to set targets and possess a tenacious eager attitude to succeed.
In this varied role you will undertake a variety of duties which will also include-
* Account Reconciliations
* Sending statements & copy invoices where requested
* Allocate cash and reconcile customer accounts
Adhoc tasks as and when required as part of the role

What you'll need to succeed
Credit Control/collections experience - 1year + ideally
Customer service/Sales experience
Tenacious attitude
Ability to work to targets

What you'll get in return
Full office based 5 days per week
830-5pm
