Credit Controller - Swansea - Long Contract

Your new company
A leading organisation which are experiencing a period of growth has expanded orders and are in need of assistance within the finance function, in particular Credit Control.

Your new role
The role will be reporting into the Credit Control Supervisor and will be completing the following duties:

  • Speaking with customers regarding payments.
  • Discussing payment plans and offering repayment options
  • Issuing statements of accounts
  • Resolving customer queries.

The role will need a level of empathy around payment chasing but equal have the ability to ensure payments are received and paid on-time.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of working within credit control and have good communications skills.
