The Client
A high-end, award winning FMCG business that is entering their next phase of growth and therefore looking to build out their finance functions.
The Role
As the most senior person in the finance team you will be responsible for the smooth running of the finances. Working with partners across the business you will be responsible for producing high quality management accounts, including value add analysis and commentary. As a member of the senior leadership team, there will be a number of projects, including improving financial processes, taking over the management of inventory and providing real time financial information to support key business decisions. You will also be responsible for the company payroll, financial systems and the management of other people members of the finance team.
The successful candidate
Ideally this person will have experience in stock and inventory handling and be comfortable at working in a hands on environment. It is important to have strong communication and presentation skills and a process improvement mind set.
