*INSURANCE* Reinsurance Credit Manager

Global Insurance Firm - Insurance Credit Manager - Liverpool Street - Up to £90,000 - Hybrid - Permanent Role

Your new company
You'll be joining one of the largest global insurance firms as they look to introduce a Reinsurance Accounting Credit Manager on a permanent, full time basis. Based in their modern City of London office three days a week, with the option to work from home the other two. The firm are looking for an experienced Credit Manager, to oversee and take responsibility for the Credit Control and Cash Allocation team.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating contract terms to ensure due dates are met, allowing proper recovery of reinsurance balances, liaising with Reinsurance Accounting Management team to resolve queries, reconciliations, Aged Debt analysis to ensure reductions in 90-day debt, and the delivery of training on credit control practice and procedure.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have prior experience within a similar role and possess people management ideally within the insurance or financial services space. You will posses excellent communication and collaboration skills with the confidence to liaise both internally and externally at all levels. Experience within insurance or reinsurance is highly desirable.
