Your new company
A global logistics business based in London are currently hiring a Capex Accountant to join their finance department. With high-growth levels in recent years this business has been performing exceptionally well and is continually looking at new and dynamic ways to grow and expand.

Your new role
This role has a primary focus to be the Financial Accounting owner of all Capex applications and new projects within the business as well as business partnering with commercial heads. Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Advise commercial leads on capitalisation criteria
• Capex analysis to business managers across central functions and operations
• Month end accounting for fixed assets and intangible assets
• Reconcile and maintain global fixed asset registers
• Provide support to Group Reporting Team
• Work closely with project teams to understand cost structures of large projects
• Support with Oracle Capex project implementation
• Provide commentary and analysis at month end to Corporate
• Work with FP&A on annual budgets and forecasts
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  This role will suit an individual with a number of years experience in fixed assets accounting, capex management, multicurrency and experience working in a large global business. You will also have experience of Finance Business Partnering with colleagues across the business. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with experience of Oracle or a similar ERP system.
