Accounts Payable Supervisor

Accounts Payable, £25,000 - £30,000 DOE, Permanent, Swindon based, Hybrid working.

Your new company

Your new company is a popular higher education establishment based in Swindon seeking a Permanent Accounts Payable/Finance Advisor to work alongside the wider Finance team and take ownership of the day-to-day Accounts Payable function.

Your new role

• Provide a customer focused transactional service to Staff, Students and other Customers.
• Lead Officer of the Accounts Payable provision.
• BACS Payments and payment of customers to approval status.
• System training - Deliver individual and group sessions college-wide as necessary.
• Other transactional service tasks not commensurate with the role as required.
• System development and business process efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• A clean DBS
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong communication
• Excellent data entry skills
