Our client currently has an exciting newly created job for a Senior Finance Business Partner, who has the opportunity to add real value and drive decision making, providing support and guidance to key stakeholders who are responsible for the management of the business. You will be joining a dynamic organisation, as they continue to go through an exciting phase of growth, extending their service offerings to clients. You will be primarily based from home (3 days a week) and working in collaboration with the team in Salisbury (2 days a week). Your new role

• You will play a key role in the Finance Business Partnering function providing detailed financial analysis and insight to senior stakeholders to drive business performance and improve strategic decision-making.
• You will be supporting on ad hoc financial modelling and reporting to support business cases and investments appraisals for various corporate finance initiatives (acquisitions, joint ventures, integration projects etc).
• You will work collaboratively with the FP&A team and other stakeholders to ensure your areas of key financial and operational metrics are accurately forecast and analysed. Providing value add commentary and analysis to monthly board reporting, business planning, reforecasts, board packs etc.
• You will be coaching and mentoring other members of the wider finance team, to ensure their career development and will be contributing to a culture of continual process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be curious and analytical, with excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
• You will develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, whilst being unafraid to challenge when needed.
• You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial and commercial date and recommendations with confidence.
• You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or an active studier at the final stages of qualifying, with previous Business Partnering experience.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and manage various priorities to meet deadlines.
