The Position
As a Team Leader-Financial Planning and Analytics
We are looking for the leader who is:
. Pro-active & Self-propelled.
. Keen eye for Review and supervision of all Process deliverables.
. Accountable for quality of work for the team and with good communication and presentation skill. .
. Define roles & responsibilities for the team and evaluate performance.
. Manage & mentor the team. Share Positive and constructive feedback effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
. Master's in Finance (equivalent).
. Minimum 10-12 years of work experience in finance domain.
. FP&A / Accounting experience in your past is an advantage.
. Strong Stakeholder management skill.
. Good people management skill.
. Strong understanding of accounting & finance.
. Knowledge in BI tools will be an added advantage.
