THE ROLE
The Project Accountant's primary responsibility is to support the project team regarding contract modifications, compliance, payments, reports and any other duties related to the project.
You will establish Survey control across the projects/ site and transfer.

The Project Accountant is responsible for

• Client billing,
• VO's / Change order preparation,
• Accounts payable and job costing as they relate to assigned projects.
• Data entry into internal systems
• Helping produce strong financial reports for SLT, and to ensure that the PM's are aware of project running costs
• Processing all on-going daily accounting activities associated with a construction project(s)
• Attending project review meetings when required
• Creating a detailed plan of project costs and managing them throughout project to make sure the project runs on budget / profit

ABOUT YOU

• Min of 3 yrs experience as a project accountant ( Civil or Construction Background is a must)
• Used Systems such as Procore/CMiC / CoConstruct/ JobPack / PowerBi
• Time management.
• Attention to detail to effectively analyse general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Ability to manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Capability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Accounting Degree
