What are we looking for?
- CA or CPA Qualification
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to advocate and negotiate.
- Drive our Multi-level relationship strategy for all independent models.
- A high level of attention to detail
What will you do?
- Lead & develop the Independent Brands finance teams, to deliver goals of our Global Independent Brands, Flight Centre NZ and Finance.
- Operationally be responsible for meeting key month end, year end and budget deadlines of our Independent Brands and ensure that the areas of financial risk to the businesses are minimized.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of all aspects of our Independents Brands.
- Analyse and interpret monthly results, business drivers, and follow-up of significant variances with Business Leaders and Key Stakeholders
