We're hiring for AME Commercial Unit Controller

As CU Controller you will be responsible for the CU Controller is accountable for the delivery of all controllership activities for the countries in the Commercial Unit. This includes Financial Reporting, Accounting and Controls, and Governance. In addition, this role will take an active leadership role within the CU and will be part of the CU leadership team.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team
Accountable for the preparation and integrity of the financial statements of all legal entities. Responsible for Financial Reporting, Accounting and Controls, and Governance.

Your Challenge:
  • Ensure the breadth of business, functional and process knowledge to support complex region, member of the CU leadership team ensure appropriate controllership support to the business/functional teams
  • Strong leadership & influencing skills to deliver the role given multiple touchpoints in the region
  • Maintain sound understanding of underlying business and external regulatory environment to ensure compliance with US GAAP & local statutory requirements, representing Corteva Finance to External Authorities including External auditors
  • Lead, Build & Maintain appropriate local controllership teams to support business and compliance in each country we operate in
  • Member of the EMEA Controllership Leadership Team with responsibility for implementing the Controllership strategy in the region.

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
This role will be working with the AME regional leadership team, country and functional leaders in the region, external auditors and teams in our regional and Global Service centers.

Qualifications


To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Degree in Accounting and CPA/Professional Accounting Qualification Preferred
  • 10 + years of Finance experience including relevant accounting experience
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP
  • Strong Leadership & Influencing skills
  • Fluent in English
