Moving quick for the right candidate

Overview of the Accounts Receivable Role:

Manage a high volume of complex billing
Taking orders and converting them to invoices
Prepare billing revenue adjustments as needed
Research and resolve customer disputes
Posting cash
Bank and other account reconciliations
Light collections

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable:

Intermediate Excel (Formula & Spreadsheets)
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
Some AR experience required (high volume)
Functional knowledge of billing and invoicing and general financial policies and procedures
